In early December, Israeli firm, TTI Team Telecom International LTD., which specializes in providing Operations Support Systems (OSS) to communications service providers announced that they would acquire Telesens LLC., a software house headquartered in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Telesens was started in 1998, began its existance providing telecommunications online billing and payment software, it has since branched out to serving a number of Ukrainian as well as European telecommunications companies.
Currently Telesens has approximately 200 employees with an annual turnover of $2 million. The purchase price was announced at a little over 1x at $2.7 million and is subject to downward adjustments depending on 2007 annual revenue.
