A recent article in computer weekly talked about the current top five outsourcing destinations. Normally I find these articles interesting, and would say that they at least provide some information. However, this time it didn’t take too long to find out that most of the links from this article were to articles that were written as long ago as eight years ago (in the case of the Philippines).
